stil trying to be good. coffees for brekkie , lunching as the main meal and dining on soup or salad with cheese. cutting down on the carbs but still drinking the same amt of alcohol. so give it another week and see if there be results...
i tried on the autumn clothes in my wardrobe and hated what i saw in the mirror. some of my cords, well, i couldn't even get into them - granted they were size 10 ... i hate the belly roll on me and fantasize about a tummy tuck. but know that i won't go there.
so this blog is about food, the less of it eaten by me the better. although others in the household will not go without and luckily we all live with a professional chef.
